Carl Blachut

Managing Account Executive

Carl Blachut brings over twenty years of experience in the construction and insurance industries to the CM-Services' team, with specialization in helping contractors develop results-based injury prevention and resolution programs. Carl joined CM-Services after nine years at Zurich North America Insurance, serving as the Director of Quality Control and North Central Region Risk Engineering Manager. Responsibilities in these roles ranged from directing regional risk engineering operations and budget to coordinating customer loss control services. Additionally, he developed and implemented the quality control program for all construction risk engineering lines of business nationwide. Carl is recognized for his team-building strength and his ability to bring people from different interest groups together to achieve a common goal. He is a member of the Construction Financial Managers Association (CFMA) and the Associated General Contractors (AGC).
