Crystal Witham

Senior Consultant

Crystal Witham has fifteen years of management experience and is a leader in the return-to-work field. She works with contractors on their large-loss management and return-to-work programs. Her background in Human Resource Law, Worker’s Compensation and Benefits Administration gives her the knowledge to help employers design and implement an effective return-to-work program. Prior to her current position, Crystal worked with a major New England newspaper and communication company. During her tenure, she helped implement a successful safety program and helped her organization receive the National Safety Award for Best Practices. OSHA even adopted her written programs as a training tool for other companies. Her responsibilities also included corporate ergonomics training and policy development. She has an accounting degree and a two-year certificate in medical terminology. Crystal also maintains an active accounting and adjuster’s license.
