Simone Engelhardt

Simone Engelhardt is a leader in her field, working with contractors on their large-loss management and return-to-work programs. Her aggressive injury management techniques have proven successful in helping contractors realize the financial and human value of an effective return-to-work program. Prior to her current position, Simone worked for fifteen years with Cianbro Corporation, an Engineering News Record Top 200 contractor. Along with managing Cianbro's self-insured claims administration department, she was a driving force in implementing the corporate-wide injury management initiative. Simone is sought out by the construction and insurance industries for her strong facilitation skills in helping contractors achieve successful workers’ compensation outcomes. Simone is a frequent presenter at seminars for self-insured groups and contractors, speaking about the benefits and application methods of successful return-to-work programs and implementation. She maintains an active adjuster’s license and is familiar with national industry laws.
